ELECTRICAL DESIGN AS/NZS 3000
Plan B Services will help you achieve AS/NZS 3000 compliance on any electrical circuits outside the ownership of the major electrical distribution companies within your next development.
All electrical circuits that are not owned by electrical distribution companies are required to achieve AS/NZS 3000 compliance, administered by the Office of the Chief Electrical Inspector. We have the expertise and capability to design as per these standards to ensure the correct cable sizes, protection systems and switchboards are used in the construction phase and best practice methods use to achieve compliance for your development.

Plan B Services is accredited as an Electrical Authority Project Manager and will undertake the role as required by all Electrical Authorities. We will hold the responsibility for all relevant electrical authority documents, and uphold standards of design and construction control to ensure that each stage of your project conforms to all electrical standards.
Statement of Compliance ManagemenT
Plan B Services will also help to ensure that your project is compliant and audit-ready by working with you to produce an official Statement of Compliance (SOC).
We will help you achieve compliance by offering unlimited pre-audit inspections, pre-audit reporting to all civil and electrical contractors and ensuring all electrical authority contracts have been finalised and discharged prior to the final electrical audit request. We will also manage the procurement of all relevant electrical documentation to ensure a Statement of Compliance (SOC) is issued.
NBN AND COMMUNICATIONS INFRASTRUCTURE
As part of our expanding Group service offering, Plan B Comms was established to manage all your NBN and Communications infrastructure requirements – in conjunction with Plan B Services on your project.
Plan B Comms was formed to specialise in and take care or all your NBN & Communication infrastructure requirements. The Plan B Comms team will work with you to develop an NBN Co. masterplan including pit and pipe design, as built-plans for approval and your NBN Co. application.
